I provide counseling on a variety of issues to people throughout Central Minnesota. The issues may include depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, bi-polar disorder and others. My specialty areas are Women’s issues including, childhood sexual abuse, domestic violence, post-partum depression, and post-adoption depression. If you suffer from any of the above issues, I am here to help. I am certified in EMDR  to help with trauma issues.  It is the therapy that we like to say "Remembering not Required!" Please feel free to call me to discuss if EMDR is right for you. My goal is to help women regain balance in their lives so they are comfortable and confident in themselves. I offer evening and weekend appointments. I also accept most insurance and have a sliding scale fee. I am also available for in-home therapy appointments as well.
