At Cook Counseling we provide counseling on a variety of issues to people throughout Central Minnesota. The issues may include Depression, Anxiety, PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder), Bi-Polar Disorder and others. We have counselors who specialize in women’s issues including, Childhood Sexual Abuse, Domestic Violence, Post-Partum Depression, and Post-Adoption Depression. If you suffer from any of the above issues, we are here to help. We have therapists certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help with trauma issues. It is the therapy that we like to say "Remembering not Required!" Please feel free to call us to discuss if EMDR is right for you. Our goal is to help you regain balance in your life so that you are comfortable and confident in yourself. We offer evening and weekend appointments and are available for in-home therapy appointments. We accept most insurances and have a sliding scale fee.
