A favorite Serenity Prayer of mine:  God grant me the serenity to accept the people I can change, the courage to change the one I can and the wisdom to know it's me.

I provide counseling on a variety of issues to people throughout Central Minnesota. The issues may include depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stresaehns disorder, bi-polar disorder and others. My specialty areas are Women’s issues including, childhood sexual abuse, domestic violence, post-partum depression, and post-adoption depression. If you suffer from any of the above issues, I am here to help. My goal is to help women regain balance in their lives so they are comfortable and confident in themselves. I offer evening and weekend appointments. I also accept most insurance and have a sliding scale fee. I am also available for in-home therapy appointments as well.
